Winter Service Package - No-Squish (Road/Gravel/Hardtail)

For Road, Gravel, and Hardtail Mountain Bikes

If your bike doesn't have suspension linkage or shocks, this is your package. We're talking road bikes, gravel bikes, hardtail mountain bikes, cyclocross rigs, touring bikes — anything that's all frame and no squish.

What's Included:

Complete Overhaul Service ($475 value) This is our full 4-5 hour tear-down, clean, and rebuild service. Your bike gets the works:

• Full drivetrain removal and deep clean — chain, cassette, chainrings, derailleurs get degreased and detailed until they shine
• Brake bleeds — both calipers, fresh fluid, perfect lever feel
• Hub service — front and rear hubs cleaned, inspected, re-greased, and adjusted
• Bottom bracket service — removed, cleaned, inspected, re-greased or replaced if needed
• Headset service — bearings cleaned, inspected, re-greased, and properly adjusted
• All cables and housing — replaced or serviced as needed for crisp shifting and braking
• Full bolt check and torque — every bolt on your bike checked and torqued to manufacturer spec
• Wheel true and tension — both wheels trued and spoke tension equalized
• Tubeless sealant refresh — fresh sealant in both tires for reliable spring riding

Secure Indoor Storage (Dec 01 - Mar 20) Your bike lives inside our shop for up to 3.5 months. No garage moisture, no temperature swings, no taking up space in your apartment while you're thinking about skiing.

Post-Winter Tune Before Pickup Right before you pick up, we do a final safety check, tune, and test ride. You roll out ready to ride, not ready to tinker.

10% Off All Parts & Components Any parts your bike needs during service (brake pads, cables, chain, cassette, bearings, etc.) are discounted 10%. We'll assess during intake and keep you informed before doing any parts work.

You've been riding all season. Your drivetrain sounds like gravel in a blender. Your brakes feel mushy. Your hubs make weird noises. You know your bike needs attention, but spring service queues are brutal and you'd rather be riding than wrenching.

This package is for riders who want to skip the spring rush and start the season on a bike that shifts like butter, brakes confidently, and feels like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

Drop Off & Pickup:

• Drop off by: December 19, 2024
• Pick up window: March 1-20, 2025
• Late pickup: Daily storage fees apply after March 20

$200/month × 3 — Payment plan ($600 total)

Parts billed separately at pickup with your 10% package discount

What's NOT Included:

Parts and components are extra. This package covers all the labour — the time, expertise, and meticulous attention your bike deserves. But consumable parts (brake pads, cables, chain, cassette, bearings, etc.) vary wildly by bike condition.

A well-maintained bike might only need $50-75 in parts. A bike that's been ridden hard all season might need $200-300. We assess during intake and keep you informed throughout the process. No surprises.
