Bring your bike in and we'll do a full intake assessment. We'll note any parts needs and keep you informed throughout.

Complete overhaul plus suspension service for Deluxe Squish bikes. Then secure indoor storage until spring.

We'll contact you in late February to schedule pickup. Final tune and safety check before you ride out.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many spots are available?
We're opening a limited number of spots to ensure quality service for every bike. When they're gone, they're gone.
Can I drop off earlier than December 19th?
Yes — You can select your preferd drop off date when you book your bike in for the package.
Can I pick up my bike before March 1?
Yes! If you need your bike earlier than the March 1-20 pickup window, just let us know. We'll schedule an early pickup appointment and make sure your bike gets its final tune and safety check before you take it home. Contact us at info@essentialcycles.com or call the shop to arrange early pickup.
What if I need to pick up later than March 20?
No problem, but daily storage fees apply after March 20. We need to clear space for spring inventory and the service queue that comes with it.
Do I pay for parts upfront?
No — parts are assessed during service and billed at pickup with your 10% package discount. You'll know what you're paying before we do the work.
What if my suspension needs major repairs beyond standard service?
Suspension Werx or Fluid Function will assess your fork and shock and contact us if major repairs are needed. You'll approve any additional costs before work begins.
Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?
Yes — we offer 3-month payment plans with a small convenience fee. First payment due at booking, parts billed at pickup.
