Madonna
V3.2

160mm rear travel. Adjustable everything. The most capable, tuneable enduro bike we’ve ever built — and we mean that literally.

Frame Specifications

Built to be ridden hard and put away dirty

The Madonna V3.2 is the latest iteration of the bike that started RAAW. It’s an enduro bike built on the principle that aluminium — properly engineered — is the right material for a mountain bike. Not lighter than carbon, but stronger in impacts, easier to repair, and built to last more than one riding season.

The V3.2 update brings redesigned dropouts that now offer both UDH/Transmission compatibility and adjustable chainstay length in the same frame — something that required choosing one or the other on the V3. All other frame details carry over unchanged.

External cable routing on every RAAW — not because it looks cool, but because it’s faster to maintain and easier to work on at home with basic tools.

The Toolbox Concept

Adjustable. All of it.

Every Madonna ships in the mid/neutral setting which RAAW recommend as a starting point. From there, you can adjust four independent aspects of the bike’s character with standard Allen keys — no factory involvement required.

BB
Bottom Bracket Height
Swappable lower shock mounts adjust BB ±3mm. Lower = more stability. Higher = more ground clearance and pop.
CS
Chainstay Length
Adjustable dropouts give ±5mm from the mid position. Longer = more stability. Shorter = more agility.
HA
Head Angle
56mm headtube accepts aftermarket angle-adjusting headsets for up to ±1.5° of head angle change.
%
Suspension Progression
Same lower shock mounts adjust progression ±3% from the 26% standard. Can be combined with BB adjustment.
MX
Mullet Conversion
Run a 27.5" rear wheel by swapping to the mullet shock mount — included with the frame.
UDH
UDH Compatible
V3.2 dropouts support SRAM Transmission / T-Type derailleurs and adjustable chainstay length simultaneously.
Rocker Links

Tuned to your weight

Two rocker links are available for the Madonna, both delivering 160mm of travel and 26% progression, but using different shock strokes to optimise the leverage ratio for your body weight. You specify which you want when you order.

Rocker 60
Under 90kg / 200lbs
Uses a 205×60mm shock. The lighter-rider rocker delivers the same 160mm travel and 26% progression but with a softer initial ramp suited to lighter riders. Includes the lower-spec Fox Float X as standard on frame kits.
Rocker 65
Over 90kg / 200lbs
Uses a 205×65mm shock. The heavier-rider rocker maintains the same 160mm travel and 26% progression but with a stiffer initial ramp. If you’re right on the borderline, factor in kit weight and riding style.
