Mountain biking can look intimidating — steep trails, big jumps, technical rocks and roots — but it doesn’t have to start that way. Our Intro to Mountain Biking program is designed for complete beginners who want to try the sport in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Led by our certified Essential Cycles coaches, you’ll learn the core skills that every rider needs: balance, braking, shifting, and body position. Then we’ll take it onto wide, flowing trails so you can practice with confidence.
Whether you’ve been riding roads or gravel, or just want to try something new, this is the perfect entry point into the sport.
