Six weeks. Twice a week. One hour and a half before your day starts.
This is the program for riders who are serious about getting faster — not just riding more, but actually improving. Bike-specific fitness, movement efficiency, and the kind of coaching that tells you what you're doing wrong and why it's slowing you down.
Round 1 starts April 14. Spots are limited and filling up.
THE PROGRAM
Coached by Jaclyn — 20+ years in fitness training, pro-elite racing background, and enough time on North Shore trails to know exactly what it takes to go faster here — the program is built around making you a more efficient rider in both directions.
Uphill: you'll stop wasting energy. Downhill: you'll stop losing time.
Sessions are Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 7:00–8:30am. Six weeks. You show up, you do the work, you feel the difference on your next ride.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Riders who have a big season planned and want to show up ready. Riders who are tired after every climb. Riders who know they're leaving time on the trail. Beginners who want a structured foundation, and experienced riders who've never actually trained for this.
If you've been thinking about it, this is the season to do it.
