ONLINE REPAIR BOOKINGS. We know how important riding your bike is, so we've made every effort to minimize shop-time. While many shops keep your bike for over 2 weeks, we only keep your bike for a couple of days. Need a bike in the meantime? We also offer our rentals to repair customers at 40% off while your bike is in for repair. 


1. You are booking an assessment not actual repair time. Well both, technically.  Our Bronze Service can be completed while you go and grab yourself a coffee and come back, otherwise, once assessed, the bike will usually be ready within 48 hours. 

3. Wait time may be longer if parts are needed. While we carry most all parts required for a standard tune-up, on the rare occasion that we don't have parts the repair will be delayed while parts are ordered, if this is the case we will fix any major issues on your bike so you can continue to ride it while we wait for the part to arrive. 

Need a bike while you're bike is booked in? We understand! Our repair customers can now use any of our premium rentals for 40% off while we have your bike in our shop! We'll have your rental ready when you drop off your bike. 



DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN REPAIRS? Absolutely! Our appointment system is that you can get your bikes back as quickly as possible and you don't have to wait in line for an assessment. 

WILL YOU FIT THE COMPONENT I PURCHASED ONLINE? We understand that as modern, dynamic cyclist, you are able to source parts on your own. We welcome you to supply us with these components and we will happily fit them for you.  We even allow you to ship the parts directly to our shop, this takes out the hassle of being home when delivery drivers want to drop off your parts.  Just select BYO Part in the system below, pay your deposit and we will be happy to receive the part and confirm with you when it has arrived.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT TIMES? The reason we only have limited appointment times is to ensure all our work gets done in a timely manner, but If you can't come in during our appointment times but want to get your bike back within 24-48 hours, book the available appointment closest to the time you could arrive and leave a note (you'll be able to do this via the checkout process) with the time you you would like to come in.

I WORK DOWNTOWN AND I SEE YOU CLOSE AT 6PM, HOW CAN i DROP OFF/PICK UP MY BIKE? We have a couple of mornings each week where you can drop your bike off and collect it as early as 7:00 am before you have to head into the office for the day.
